How InvisibleMask Kits Work
1. Choose Your Vehicle and Coverage
You start by selecting your vehicle’s year, make, model, and trim, then choose the coverage level: hood, fenders, bumper, mirrors, rockers, headlights, and more.
2. Patterns Are Sent to a Professional Plotter
Once the order is placed, your selected patterns are queued to a professional plotter similar to what local wrap and clear-bra shops use. The film is cut according to templates tied to your specific vehicle.
3. Film Is Cut Using Vehicle-Specific Templates
The templates are built from real measurements so edges follow body lines and typically stop just short of panel gaps to avoid lifting. Most customers report minimal trimming when the correct pattern is chosen.
4. Install Using Slip Solution and a Squeegee
Most DIY installers use:
- Slip solution (distilled water + baby shampoo or similar).
- A good quality squeegee.
- Microfiber towels.
- An optional heat gun for tight curves and edges.
5. Curing and Final Appearance
After installation, the film sets over 24–48 hours. Slight haze or tiny bubbles usually fade as moisture escapes. Once cured, the film becomes nearly invisible at normal viewing distance while acting as a sacrificial layer against chips and debris.
